By utilizing this Site, User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated within these Terms. 10. Law and Jurisdiction

User agrees that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to this Agreement must be filed within twelve (12) months after such claim or cause of action arises or it will be forever barred.
